Green Route Logistics makes reasonable efforts to regularly monitor, verify, and update the information made available through its Track & Trace service. However, despite exercising due care, delays, inaccuracies, or changes in shipment data may occur due to technical, operational, or third-party factors. Therefore, Green Route Logistics makes no representation or warranty—express or implied—regarding the timeliness, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information displayed through the Track & Trace service.

The Track & Trace service is provided solely for informational purposes and does not constitute a contractual service or a legally binding commitment. The availability of this service is not guaranteed, and Green Route Logistics reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, restrict, or permanently discontinue the Track & Trace service, in whole or in part, at any time.

Furthermore, Green Route Logistics does not guarantee that every shipment can be tracked through the Track & Trace service. Tracking functionality may be limited or unavailable for certain shipments, transport modes, destinations, or due to technical limitations beyond our control.

Because the Track & Trace service is offered on a non-binding and non-contractual basis, any liability arising from its use is expressly excluded to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Customers acknowledge and agree that any actions, decisions, or arrangements made based on the information provided by the Track & Trace service are undertaken entirely at their own risk. Green Route Logistics shall not be liable for any losses, damages, delays, costs, or consequential damages resulting from reliance on the information displayed by the Track & Trace service.

By using the Track & Trace service, the customer expressly agrees to these limitations and acknowledges that the service is a supplementary tool provided for convenience only and not a substitute for official shipment documentation or contractual delivery confirmations.
